For each survey you will be able to choose

  • a start date (when the links to the relevant Work Screen will be e-mailed out to your employees)
  • a reminder date (when a reminder e-mail will be sent to any participants who have not yet completed their Work Screen)
  • an end date (after this date links in e-mails will become inactive)

The designated Work Screen manager from your organisation will have access to the secure area to enable them to review the progress of all surveys in real-time. Additional reminders can be sent if required.

When a survey is completed the Work Screen system will automatically send you an e-mail to inform you that the end date has been reached.

Work Screen managers will not have access to individual responses to the surveys but will be able to view the result, with all respondents banded into low, medium or high risk. There will also be an overall score (Work Screen automatically converts this to a score out of 50) and an indicator of any unusual response patterns. 

Survey results are the property of the WORKSCREEN customer and it is therefore the responsibility of the Work Screen manager within individual organisations to take responsibility for how the findings of surveys are used.
