WORK SCREEN is easiest delivered electronically, although hard copies of the MANUAL SCREEN are available to Supported Corporate and Suppoted Corporate Plus customers if required.
Work Screen provides users with a secure area that is password protected where surveys are set-up and managed. All the surveys that have been completed in the past and progress with current surveys can be reviewed in real time.
Customers using the Basic Screening Service will be responsible for their own administration including uploading details of service participants for which instructions will be provided. For customers using the Supported Corporate and Suppoted Corporate Plus services setting up and sending of surveys will be managed by a designated named WORKSCREEN Account Manager. In addition more detailed analysis and results will be provided including a breakdown by department for surveys of over 20 participants and a telephone debriefing to discuss the findings of each survey that has over 20 participants.
For all service levels any number of surveys can be created and managed in the secure customer area.
