Work Screens are designed for screening how well people are managing at work. Work Screen questionnaires measure Work Instability which is the term used to describe a mismatch between someone’s work capacity and their work demands at a point in time. People with higher levels of Work Instability tend not to manage as well at work and their productivity and work attendance can be affected. Any individuals who are experiencing difficulties coping with the demands of his or her work are better identified early when any issues are often quicker and easier to resolve.

a) Basic Screening Service
This is a straightforward WORKSCREEN survey service where the employer/organisation manage their own surveys. This service is suitable for customers wanting to use WORKSCREEN at an individual level for example using as an outcome measure in clinical setting or for research. b) Supported Corporate Service
This is a fully supported comprehensive screening service including:
- Guidance on how to make the most of WORKSCREEN in YOUR organisation
- Templates and materials for information to be given to SURVEY participants
- Comprehensive analysis and reporting of completed Work Screen questionnaires.
- Both individual and departmental analysis if appropriate hard copy versions of the Work Screen
- Hard copies of Work Screen questionnaires provided if required (for example for Manual Workers with no access to e-mail facilities) at no additional charge

c) Supported Corporate Plus Service
